We make everything to order, so here is what happens next. We will look over your request and message you as soon as we can, usually on WhatsApp, with a final quote and an invoice to confirm your date. Once full payment reaches us, we start baking.

Payment
Payment is in full, in advance, by bank transfer. Full payment is what confirms your order and holds your date for you, so please send it through at least 3 days before your collection day. Once we have agreed the details, we send you an invoice with our bank details. Quote your invoice number in the transfer reference and send us the slip so we can check it. If it has not reached us by then, we gently let the date go, so do send it through in good time.

Keeping your cake at its best
Keep it in the fridge until a couple of hours before you serve it, then take it out so the buttercream softens and comes back to room temperature. That is when it tastes and cuts its best. Drive gently on the way home, and it will arrive just as it left us.
